At Koe Wetzel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a piece doesn't fit your vibe, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
